REFUND POLICY

Kidd Restoration Co. LLC provides restoration, repair, renovation, and related property services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are subject to the terms below and the applicable service agreement.

1. Deposits & Initial Payments

All deposits and initial payments are applied toward labor, materials, scheduling, equipment, and other costs associated with the project.
Once materials have been purchased, labor has been scheduled, or work has begun, those costs are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation

Customers must submit cancellation requests in writing.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund. Any refund will be determined based on work completed, materials purchased, services already provided, and other non-refundable project expenses.

3. Work Already Performed

Payments for labor, services, materials, equipment, or other work already provided are non-refundable.

4. Special-Order & Custom Materials

Special-order, custom, or non-returnable materials are non-refundable once ordered or purchased.

5. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, Kidd Restoration Co. LLC will process the eligible amount using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.

6. No Unauthorized Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Kidd Restoration Co. LLC before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in collection efforts and/or termination of services.

7. Project Changes

Changes to the original scope of work may result in additional charges. Any approved changes may affect the project price and completion timeline.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information, access to the property, approvals, selections, and other information necessary to complete the agreed-upon work.

9. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

By purchasing services from Kidd Restoration Co. LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy and the applicable service agreement.
