TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

By requesting, scheduling, or purchasing services from Kidd Restoration Co. LLC (“Company”), the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. SERVICES

Kidd Restoration Co. LLC provides remodeling, restoration, painting, cleaning, pressure washing, carpet cleaning, trash/debris removal, move-in/move-out cleaning, and related property services as agreed upon in the Customer’s estimate or service agreement.

The Company will perform only the services specifically included in the approved estimate or agreement.

2. ESTIMATES & APPROVAL

All estimates are based on the information and conditions reasonably visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate.

An estimate is not a guarantee of the final price if additional work, materials, damage, or conditions are discovered after work begins.

Work will not begin until the Customer approves the estimate and satisfies any required deposit or payment requirements.

3. ADDITIONAL WORK

Any work outside the original scope must be approved by the Customer before the additional work is performed.

Additional labor, materials, disposal fees, or other approved services may result in additional charges.

4. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

Deposits are required when stated on the estimate or service agreement.

Payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided by the Company.

Failure to make a required payment may result in delayed, suspended, or canceled services.

The Company reserves the right to withhold completion of services until outstanding balances are paid.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Customers must provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling a service.

Deposits may be non-refundable when the Company has already purchased materials, reserved labor, scheduled equipment, or incurred other expenses for the project.

Any approved refund will be handled according to the Company's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and property information.

  • Providing reasonable access to the property.

  • Removing or securing valuable, fragile, or personal items before work begins.

  • Informing the Company of known hazards, damage, structural issues, or special property conditions.

  • Ensuring the Company has access to necessary utilities when required to perform the agreed services.

The Company is not responsible for damage to items that the Customer failed to remove or properly secure before work began.

7. PROPERTY CONDITIONS

The Customer understands that existing damage, deterioration, hidden conditions, mold, water damage, structural issues, pests, electrical problems, plumbing problems, or other conditions may not be visible before work begins.

If unexpected conditions affect the agreed scope of work, the Company may pause the affected work and provide the Customer with an updated estimate or additional-work agreement.

8. MATERIALS

Materials included in the project will be based on the approved estimate.

If the Customer requests different materials, colors, finishes, brands, or products, additional costs may apply.

Material availability may affect project scheduling.

9. PROJECT SCHEDULE

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith and may change because of weather, material availability, customer delays, additional work, property conditions, or circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.

10. CLEANUP

The Company will complete cleanup that is specifically included in the approved scope of work.

Removal of excessive debris, hazardous materials, large quantities of trash, or items outside the agreed scope may require an additional charge.

11. CUSTOMER INSPECTION & COMPLETION

Upon completion, the Customer may inspect the completed work.

The Customer should report any concerns regarding the agreed scope of work promptly.

Acceptance of completed work or failure to report an issue within a reasonable period may be considered acknowledgment that the agreed services were completed.

12. PHOTOGRAPHS

The Company may take photographs of work areas before, during, and after a project for documentation purposes.

The Company will not intentionally photograph private personal information.

Use of project photographs for marketing purposes may be subject to separate customer authorization when required.

13. LIABILITY

Kidd Restoration Co. LLC will perform services in a professional manner consistent with the agreed scope of work.

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, defects, deterioration, or problems outside the agreed scope of work.

The Company is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

14. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR STOP SERVICE

Kidd Restoration Co. LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services when:

  • The property presents an unsafe working condition.

  • The Customer requests work outside the Company's agreed scope or capabilities.

  • The Customer fails to make required payments.

  • The Customer provides false or materially incomplete information.

  • The Customer engages in threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Conditions exist that require a specialized professional or service.

15. WARRANTY / CORRECTIONS

Any workmanship warranty or correction period will apply only if specifically stated in the Customer's estimate or service agreement.

The Company is not responsible for issues caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, third-party work, customer modifications, or pre-existing conditions.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

Kidd Restoration Co. LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to a project will be those provided to or accepted by the Customer at the time the service is approved, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
